Arriving by train we were greeted by Falun Classic Car Cruising - quite an experience! The hotel was above and beyond! The front desk staff were exceptional and went so far as to have dinner set aside for our late arrival. All staff were conscientious, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, including helping us arrange our travel to visit Carl Larsson's home in Sundborn. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of choices. Dinners were outstanding which greatly added to the value of our stay. Our rooms were comfortable and quite clean, excellent accommodations.

The hotel is an easy walk away from the train station and close to a variety of restaurant and shops. The copper mine is within walking distance (if you like to walk). Breakfast and dinner were wonderful with a restaurant like atmosphere and a large variety of foods.

Location was perfect. Close to the transport hub. Located in the centre of town. Room was very clean. Shower was very powerful. I felt very clean. I found the bed very comfortable and the duvet material was very good. Temperature in the room was just right for sleeping. Nice and quiet. Food very nice especially the breakfast, and pancakes! Staff very courteous. Will be returning.

This perfectly-located hotel is modern and stylish and has everything you could ask for. The concept of including breakfast, dinner and afternoon 'fika' in the price means that it is perfect if you don't want or need to look elsewhere to be fed. Everything is of the highest standard and it is exceptionally clean.

Service was excellent from all the staff. Big + for really hot sauna early in the morning ,and that I was reminded that when I arrived! :-) Easy to access and ok gym, not the biggest . but who cares when you can run through your program and get ready for the day?
