Clarion Collection Hotel Bergmästaren

The location is very convenient to train station as well as town center area. All working distances. We had breakfasts and dinners at hotel. We like the way the hotel is setup, for example, no cleaning service during stay and room rate covers both breakfast and dinner. Relax and convenient!

Service was excellent from all the staff. Big + for really hot sauna early in the morning ,and that I was reminded that when I arrived! :-) Easy to access and ok gym, not the biggest . but who cares when you can run through your program and get ready for the day?

The meals were delicious with good variety. The staff, particularly Matteo and Natalie, were super friendly and helpful in providing directions, suggested places to visit, and generally helpful. The hotel is in a great location, in close walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, etc.

Spotlessly clean and very cosy. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet and a great evening meal included. Also free coffee/tea in the lobby with home made cake in the afternoons. Very central location.

Cool design ( many hints to copper and mining and Faluns glorious past). Excellent breakfast and adequate evening meal!
